The kitchen is well equipped under the respect of the quality of fresh produces. The direction of the cooking is supervised by Renato, together with his son Giovanni. Following the menu and in collaboration with the staff you can organize and reserve Papa Giovanni's lunch or dinner at home. PG prepares also sauces, mousses, cakes and olive oils to be taken away in order to taste the typical courses of the restaurant at home.
